  Hotel is ok but the rooms are very small. However it does not matter since we spend most of the time out side for tourists. Very good hotels near this hotel and metro stations is very near to this hotel and also the tourism bus like hop on hopofff etc. But this place is very crowded and have to be careful in all aspects. I did not have any problems. - Location is very close to Gare du Nord, but surprisingly there is not much traffic noise during nighttime; the reception staff was very helpful, she gave us a larger room with an extra bed because we were travelling with two children, although we did not mention it earlier.

  After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though. I got a room at the 2nd highest floor facing - What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed. So, I go down to the reception and ask that I would like to add 1 more person in our hotel room, the guy at first is hesitant to do so, but later on, he gave us anoth

  Helpful staff - This room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, basic but fully functional furniture, excellent location. A very old building and my room had character. Plenty of lighting and the bed was very comfortable.

  Clean room and conveniently located close to Gare du Nord. Staff friendly and helpful. Although the road in front of the hotel was very busy all night, you cannot hear the traffic once the window is closed. We left our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and only picked it up 7 hours later.   This hotel was in a good location, and price was cheap.Good location, friendly and efficent reception. I booked my room for 2 nights, but due to strike i have to extend my stay......they did it quite nicely without any problem. 24 hr. reception as well. - very well located, quiet street, nice and helpful staff
