  Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable.   I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work. It is also close to a ... vad folk säger » metro station and to a supermarket. - The hotel is very confortable with free wi-fi , the location is really good , quiet but so near a metro station ,breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the staff very helpful ,we were able to leave our luggage for the day until our flight home in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Paris .

  Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.   Staff: The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, especially in these days when the breakfast time was managed by a young man, whose name unfortunately can not remember - the whole "organization" was unnoticeable and really friendly. The room was very clean and relatively large (for Paris), but the sofa folded for sleeping to the teenager filled the whole free space, so four - We staid for 9 nights - rather a long strech for tourists. We would like to particulalry commend the receptionist named Jehen, who gave us excellent service, was extremely helpful with recommndations pf where to go or where to eat around the hotel.
