  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Tea, coffee capsules and suga - The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.
