  Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay.   Very comfortable situated. Old house on Shamps Élysées. A lot of place in the apartment, beds. We placed 5 children without problem. There is the small studio kitchen.   Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Other hotels are closer but this hotel was better value for money. We had tea and coffee facilitie - Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun! Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Bathroom is updated and new. Staff was overall

Staff was helpful and were very apologetic when they had to relocate us to another hotel for one night due to plumbing rectification work. They made it up to us and overall we were happy with our stay.   Good relation price/quality. Very confortable bed and very clean and noiseless. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. I strongly recommed it to everyone who is going to Paris for some days. - Everything was OK. The receptionists were friendly and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is really well located.
