  because the hotel was 2 star we were expecting a bit of a dump, but the hotel was so quaint and comfortable and the room was spacious and cosy. The staff were friendly and one woman in particular spoke excellent english. Its a very homely and well maintained hotel. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Tours as the value for money is excellent - The hotel is central to everything in Tours. The staff are lovely!! Helpful and friendly. Whilst the hotel had no lift, the gentleman in reception insisted on taking my bag to my room. The room was basic but very, very clean. The room contained a fridge which must be a first in France!! Breakfast was simple but again wonderful friendly service. I liked this hotel very much. A good budget choice. WiFi available.

  It was great, our car rental agency didnt have anoymore gpd and we were able to find the hotel with out a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although our room faced onto the street it was *very* quiet, and had obviously be recently renovated. The bathroom was beautiful!
