  Been there for 4 days. The rooms are spotless, clean and with nice modern décor, and the owner is very helpful. I had the breakfast brought to my room every morning which was very convenient.   Very friendly staff - the owner and his dauther. Despite our flight was denied and we arrived to the hotel at 4 A.M., they could meet us. Very clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast served especially for You at the time you want.   Really liked it and will definitely recommend to friends and come again. Very stylish, charming and comfort (except for the stairs on the 3rd floor, difficult with heavy luggage).   I like the decoration of the room, very elegant and beautiful. The room is clean and provides coffee making facilities. The owner of this B & B is very nice and helpful. We drove to the hotel but we couldn't find the right way to hotel due to roadblock. We then went to the hotel by walk and asked the owener to help. He also suggested the route we should visit in Bordeaux and recomm - Myself and my brother spent 3 days at L'Invitation recently. I literally couldn't fault it at all. Fabrice was extremely welcoming and gave us some excellent tips on where to eat dinner etc. He was very knowledgable about Bordeaux and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel had free wifi throughout. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Bordeaux.
