The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been! The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! Hotel was very stylish. Room was excellent, very modern and a good size, lovely bathroom. Good location opposite the busy quayside. Easy access to the tram which takes only a few mins to get into town. Lots of car parking nearby if the small hotel car park is full. Would certainly book again. -

This boutique hotel is a modern beautifully kept property very handy to the river walk and the head of Rue St. Catherine, the major shopping street. The Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were small but very comfortable and the bathroom design is awesome. Internet via TV worked flawlessly. -

I LOVED the situation near the ferry and the ease of getting to the hotel by car. I liked having the supermarket and the large dining hall in the courtyard behind the hotel. I also appreciated the VERY helpful staff. -
