  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable.   It is a very good hotel for Paris' standards. The rooms were big comparing with the average and clean. The staff of the hotel was always smiling and helpful. Located very close to a metro station (line 1) which is the most important one in Paris. - I needed to do business at La Defense, but couldn't bring myself to stay out there.   Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk. The hotel is located on a short block between two busy streets with several restaurants. The metro is very close by so while the location is s good ways from the main tourist area of Paris, it is easily assessable.
