  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel. - The interior design, the location in the lovely 7th arrondissement, the nice brasserie downstairs.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought.
