  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast - a great selection... vad folk säger » of cereals, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, dairy and good quality cold cuts of meat. Fresh squeezed orange juice as well! - The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

  Staff very helpfull and spoke excellent English which was a plus as my French is very poor ! Food was very good ,with an excellent choice.Will be booking here again next year. - Proximity to Bercy area and Palais Omnisport

  The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. - The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.

The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean.   The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, super market etc all easily reachable. - - great location (just 3 min walk to the metro, supermarkets, ba... vad folk säger » keries, restaurants around the corner,..) - very friendly staff - infrastructure in the rooms are very good ( wifi, cable tv, comfy bed,..) => I would definitively stay here again!
