  Servicenivån var mycket hög, med vänlig engelsktalande personal som med gott humör gjorde vår vistelse bekväm. Classic rummet var i minsta laget (med utsikt över en gård), men efter att ha uppgraderat till en svit (både större och med balkong med utsikt över Eiffeltornet) fick vi det vi förväntat oss.   Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... vad folk säger » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  Staff was friendly and helpful; knew sites in Paris and provided maps and directions. Location was really great - we could walk to just about everything. Louvre in 10 minutes; Montmartre in about 15 minutes. Rue de Parme is a small street between Rue de Clichy and Rue d'Amsterdam that is generally quiet.   This is a very special place - the position of which is surely unsurpassed for being instantly able to immerse yourself in the very best of architypal Paris. Sacre Coeur is but a short stroll away, and for those short on time,there really is the perfect photo around every corner. And that brings me to the hotel - This was an amazingly beautiful hotel - exceptionally clean and the theme was SO much fun. Love hearts everywhere, purple and red decor... It felt really special. The staff were wonderful and I was thrilled with our room. It was cozy and very comfortable but also fun and exciting. The breakfast was very very good for such a small hotel and the location was fabulous, right under Sacre Coeur and the art district.

  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.
