Amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic: polite, friendly, eager to
help. They got tickets for us to go to the Louvre on request. Very eager
to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only six rooms so it feels

We got an amazing feeling from the staff, and we could ask for anything (and mostly get it).

This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. I loved the staff! Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.
