We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast. Location was great - in city centre and only 2 minutes from metro (had the 2 most used metro lines by tourists) and local shop, rooms were good size, very quiet as off main street, great value for money and staff very helpful especially the Hungarian lady.
I would highly recommend the hotel and will go back again. -

Fabulous location close to the Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to the many restaurants bars and cafes on and around Champs Elysees. We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We traveled by train from CDG airport changing at Les Halles and arriving at Charles de Gaulle Etoile which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. With hand luggage this was fairly easy. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time.
