  The apartment was in a great location. It was close to many restaurants, places of interest and the sea. It was beautifully presented and comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. This hostel was great value for money, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were great, the included breakfast was simple, but abundant, and delicious. We will def - Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories.   I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. Their information, advice, - A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town. The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus. If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

  I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)
