  Lovely old period villa with character. helpful staff, great with public transport directions, nice freshly baked bread and croissants in the morning.   The hotel had a private parking (which is a big plus) and while it was a little bit off from the city center, the walk to the beach and the central restaurants took only 10 minutes. The room was really large (larger than in photos).   The hotel was ideally located close by the station and in the town centre. The building has plenty of character and is well maintained. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. It is a real French Hotel but communication for us was straightforward despite us not being fluent speakers. The air conditioning was vital and performed fantastically. It is well worthwhile using the train especial - The location was fabulous. The hotel was very comfotable and clean. There was plenty of hot water, and shampoo sachets and soap. The breakfast was lovely and good value. Family run hotel and very French!! The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We would stay there again.

  Extremely friendly staff; happy to communicate in English. The hotel was bright, clean and generally well maintained. Double rooms are modest in size but comfortable, with working TVs, fridges and effective showers. I was concerned with the parking, so I left the car in front of the hotel during the night and in the suggested free public parking during the day.
