  Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. Close to a supermarket for any shopping you need. 15 minute flat walk to Marie D'Ivry Metro and 5 minute walk tp REN station. - The room (studio 2 pax) was fantastic.   I loved the mood of the area, specially at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equiped. I really loved everything and I had a very nice stay. The kitchen was great there are large pans for cooking and there is a supermarket downstairs in the building which is reasonably priced .. Its only 15mins from paris city and there are buses as well as metro that take you there.. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (yes, they do have bottle openers). Also, it really helps to have heated towels on cold days. It's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro, which isn't that far at all. Though most part of the walk is on a slope. Needless to say, the price was incredibly reasonable.

While the location isn't near the main tourist attractions, it is very close to Tolbiac metro. The area is local and not overpriced, adjoining Chinatown.
