  Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early (before check-in time) and the staff was helpful in getting us a room quickly. Hotel décor is modern but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. We selected the hotel based on price and previous reviews and were not disappointed. Stayed here to avoid the expensive prices of Switzerland. I live in Germany so it was nice to still have my German cell phone service in France and Basel, Switzerland! Soundproofed rooms were perfect due to the frequent traffic on the main road...it leads directly to the Swiss border.

  This place was amazing - so beautiful and contemporary, we loved the decor and furniture. We were traveling with our 4 year old son who slept on the sleeper sofa and was very comfortable. The location to the Basel Airport is also fantastic and made our very early departure easy to deal with. Lovely big room, comfortable bed with good linen, bbc channels on the tv, and best of all a really fantastic breakfast included in thr tariff. i wish we could have stayed longer!
