  Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as well as the toilet/bathroom). We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep!   We had been robbed leaving Barcelona and were very upset. We arrived very late in the evening at Mas de la Chapelle and not only was the owner a wonderful host, but the place proved to be a sanctuary away from the city. It was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful.   Nord-Pinus must be one of the nicest hotels that our family has ever stayed in. Everything about it whispers refined taste, from the decor to service. We stayed in suite 11 and it made our rainy weekend stay (yes, it does rain in Arles!) so much more pleasurable. We could just open the windows and the balcony and enjoy the views.   I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This booking made me look good to my wife, and made of us very happy! - perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.

  The staff stand out first, they were friendly, effiecient, informative. I usually prefer hotels with 24 hour reception, but this hotel was centrally located and Arles is a safe place to be about at night, so using a code to let yourself in to the hotel after hours was acceptable. Within walking distance to most of the notable place in the old town and close to the tourist of - The staff comes to mind first, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean and a pleasure to use, I saw beautiful sunsets from my bedroom window. The location was excellent, right in the main street, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely walks and even if a distance away, if you don't mind walking, you could walk to the river and to the station. I have been to Arles before and will return in the future.

  This is an absolutely marvelous place to stay if you are interested in walking the city, being in an antique building, getting a real taste of Provence, and trying out your French phrase book!   You enter from the street through the large courtyard doors into a stunning garden with a pool. This hotel has been completely renovated and is now stylish and romantic. They are very aware of the little details that make for a luxurious stay. Decorated to be chic with a rustic feel. We were outside the normal time for breakfast one morning waking late, but the desk clerk 'put on the hat' of the dining attendant just for us. This hotel is a 5 star experience for sure.
