The owner was very friendly and the interior is has a wonderful quaint old-style feel. Nothing fancy, but clean, friendly and a great value. It fits my style perfectly (low key, budget minded, travel light, adventurous).
Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. It is within walking distance to the medieval core of the city which must be explored.

The hotel room itself, while clean, needs a refresh- new wallpaper, new paint, new fixtures. There is no elevator to get luggage up to the room. Wifi was sluggish and we could not Skype.
No hairdryer in the room and the room was a bit smelly.
