  The hotel was "funky". Furniture painted on the walls of the corridors, paintings directly painted onto the walls and the dining room is bright colours and welcoming. The couple who own it are friendly as are the girls in the restaurant. They made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. It is in the centre of the paved main street of the town ... vad folk säger » and all restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. - we stayed 3 nights, we felt like at home. very good and friendly service. great location, right in the town center.

  English-speaking owners, Luc and Dominique, are exceptionally fine people. They were very kind and went out of their way to help us. Maître d'hôtel, Nicolai, is also very kind. Their Restaurant is superb, with the most delicious food ever. And the Chateau itself is delightful, full of 19th c. charm, but with every modern convenience. Perfect in every way! - Lovely property, friendly service, great views, food fantastic and a visit to their Brandy room is a must, houses hundreds of bottles of Brandy many in limited edition bottles
