  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious. It is right next to Tauzia tram station and a few minutes away from Gare St. Jean main train station, both pretty much get you to anywhere in Bordeaux and around. - This hotel was most adequate.
