  The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to look after us. The hotel itself was picture perfect, nestled along a quaint street just yards away from the magnificent cathedral. Rooms - very comfortable and perfectly formed. - The staff went out of their way to help us with a rental car problem and were very friendly and accommodating with respect to all other matters. The restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The setting is absolutely beautiful with the River Aure right behind the rooms in the annex.

  The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights. The layout of the room was very clever and made excellent use of the space making the room feel bigger despite a double, single bunk and cot being prese... vad folk säger » nt. - It was a great place to stay for what we needed and staff was very friendly and helpful, price was right, our only complaint was that we didn't realize it was out of Bayeux approx. 4Kms and we didn't have a rental car (and there weren't any to rent in town) so we needed to taxi everywhere and that got a bit pricey.

  I had left my passport in the safe and was already driving back to Paris. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and immediately contacted me via email and telephone. I had asked for them to send my passport back to the hotel i am staying at in Paris which i provided the address to.   I can't say enough good things about La Naomath. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, and just a few minutes' drive to the town center of Bayeux. The cottage was so cute, roomy, very clean, and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, even bringing us breakfast on our first morning as we had arrived after the stores ... vad folk säger » had closed the night before. (We were staying in the self- catering cottage where breakfast was not included). They refused to let us pay for all the - We liked everything. The owners were very nice and friendly.   My husband and I stayed at Le Castel, Noble Guesthouse in Bayeux for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the third floor (there's no elevator), simple but nicely decorated. The location was excellent---walking distance from the train station, very close to the town center, the cathedral was right in front of the house. We really liked - Madame was absolutely the perfect host, leaving us alone enough to not be rude, but interacting when comfortable and appropriate to do so. It's close to the shops in Bayeux, the Landing Beaches and a dozen other different attractions/places of interest. the food in Bayeux was varied and value for money and the locals were very welcoming and friendly.   One of the best places we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely well decorated, great taste. A wonderful, big room, with wooden floors, polished and clean and a view on the park in front of the house. He recommended a restaurant in Bayeux where we had a wonderful dinner and ev - The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Ours looked over the garden on one side and the park on the other side. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling and available for a reasonable time period.

We also had a special request due to unforeseen circumstances to slightly extend the time to vacate one of the rooms which was dealt with in a thoroughly sympathetic and helpful manner, for which we are very grateful. - Great place for a family, room was spacious and clean.Would highly recommend.Staff was polite and helpful.

  Bayeux is a picturesque town in Normandy and I'm so happy we chose La Tour Louise as our base for exploring the region. William, our host, was very hospitable and gave excellent tips on things to see and do. In fact, the places he pointed out to us were probably the highlights of our tour of the D-Day sites. The - The Location is excellent for exploring Bayeux on foot. Most of the major sightseeing is within several blocks and parking is free for those with an automobile. It is also a great point for day tripping to all parts of the Normandy coast and WWII Invasion points of interest. We stayed 3 nights and could have found enough activities for many more nights.   We really enjoyed our two night stay in Bayeux, the highlight of which was staying at this wonderful B&B. Run with loving and personal care by Carol and Jerome, the place is charming. It is difficult to list everything but things include - Superb breakfasts that changed daily, attention to detail in the bedroom and bathroom, having the bed made and clean towels each day, tea/coffee making facilities, off street parking, great gardens, proximity to the city centre and many historical sights, exceptional information about local sights.   atmosfär - We had a large beautifully appointed room that opened on to lovely gardens and a bathroom with plenty of space. The guesthouse was extremely charming as was our host Anthony who went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and assist us in anyway that he could. Our room was exquisite, with very fine antique furniture and the bathroom was perfect. A hotel with parking in the middle of Bayeux was a great asset to our touring holiday. It was nice to sit around a table with the other guests at breakfast and talk - very civilised.
