  The free upgrade to a larger room when we arrived because we stayed a whole week. The very friendly and helpful staff. The central location in the Umbaye valley, with many hiking trails nearby.   The staff was exceptional in teir hostipality. They advised us on local attractions and reguested feedback to be assured we were satisfied. I left my wallet behind and they went to every effort to see it was returned to me as quickly as possible. It was a most welcoming and comfortable stay. - Almost everything!
