  The personnel is very friendly and accommodating, and well organized. We were there for bicycling the nearby cols. Checking the local weather forecast, an extra pasta dish at dinner, late check out so that we could do a morning ride, no problem.   The free upgrade to a larger room when we arrived because we stayed a whole week. The very friendly and helpful staff. The central location in the Umbaye valley, with many hiking trails nearby. The mountain view from the terrace and our balcony. - Location and friendly people especially the Owners
