-Cozy place -Everything is new or/and very neat and clean inside - Great location. Close to center/ski school/spa and supermarket. - Hotel staff is nice but absolutely useless. They couldn't book anything, they don't know village. They are also almost not available during the week days - Animals are allowed in the hotel, which is fine if they are not as huge as dog that was living nearby, scaring kids. Owners were living the dog in the room so it was creating crazy noise...

Reception opening hours: From 22 December 2012 until 04 May 2013: Friday: 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. From 22 December 2012, room rates include: 7 nights accommodation, bed linen, towels, 2 tea towels, a cleaning kit, TV, end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and washing up), all taxes and fees (excluding the tourist tax). Weekly quantities of the following are included in the room rates: dishwasher detergent (or dish soap), all-purpose cleaner, detergent, a double-faced sponge, and a dishcloth. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. For stays of 2 to 6 nights, beds are made upon arrival. Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 17:00. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
