  We loved the hotel, the staff was as nice as it can be. It was the best 3 star hotel we visited. Extremely impressed. As clean as it can be, It should be a 4 star for sure. However it was the staff who seemed to anticipate our every need that stands out for us. Well done as this is rare and should be congratulated.

  Everything! It is the perfect Country French retreat. The hotel is like staying in a private country estate ; a beautiful building with sitting rooms, fireplaces, amazing gardens and fountains, and a wonderful restaurant. Excellent food! - The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, spacious, and with a very courteous and accommodating staff. A problem with the air conditioner in one of our rooms was addressed immediately and in a very unintrusive, accommodating manner.

  Veronique was quick to respond to my several emails prior to our arrival. The large apartment is in a great location, and quiet. Our room was clean and well appointed with kitchen and supplies. Veronique sat down with me to make reservations for us for the unplanned part of our trip - A very convenient location for exploring the centre of Aix, and close to the bus and rail networks. I think it was just a 5 minute walk to the rail station, but yet still in a nice area of town. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend these apartments to travellers who are looking for a chilled, stylish and central location.
