  The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic, clean stop with friendly staff. - Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

  An excellent room with a lot of space and superior fittings. The underground parking was a real bonus because of the rain. - Wow what a hotel! Everything is so modern we just loved everything about it. Everything was so clean (even the painted garage floor).

  Extremely friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the balcony and completely sound proofed so no noise at night despite being on main square. Room had two separate areas so could put our kids to bed and stay up reading with our lights on.   We give 10/10 each time we stay here (This was the fourth visit!). The courtyard at the rear of the hotel was in bloom, and all plants were in tip-top condition - obviously cared for - very nice to see! - close to centre of Tarbes

The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.
