As this trip included both business and leisure considerations, the hotel was ideal for business access & commuting by train into Cannes, as well as for relaxation by the beach, excellent shopping & good restaurants in the evening. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. used Chateau le Cagnard as a haven before the long flight to Australia

1-The Junior Suite's comfortable bed, pillow, and down comforter.
2-Hotel is in a fantastic medieval village that is still inhabited and sits atop a high hill (or small mountain) with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.
3-Fabulous gourmet restaurant with Chef Stephan. Dinner is not to be missed! Try the goat cheese spread, and steak or chicken dinners. Never had a bad meal.
4-Walking through picturesque medieval village and taking pictures.

Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train
and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the
walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do
not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and
made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories. This alone
made staying there worthwhile.The location is perfect, right in the
center of town and the rooms are clean, just remember to bring your own

Allt var bra; fräscht, bekvämt o läget perfekt för shopping, ändå helt överkomligt gångavstånd till strand o gamla stan! - Perfekt läge. Rummen är helt OK och personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående.
