Ett mellan hotell med helt okej standard. Vi valde hotellet eftersom vi gjorde dagsturer nästan varje dag. Skall man bara vara på hotellet, sola och bada den mesta av tiden så skall man nog välja ett annat hotell. Men en lugn stadsdel av Nice 5-10 min gångväg till havet och nära till bageri och mataffär. It was great to spend 4 nights there. I liked this residence very much. We had a big, bright and clean apartment. Excellent customer service. Perfect location. If I visit Cagnes-Sur-Mer again, I will definitely stay at Nemea Le Lido!

Location is very good, especially if you have a car. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. Kitchenette is small, but functional, although we had only one teaspoon (knives and forks were sufficient). Bed was excellent.

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The apartment was very clean and close to the railway station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.
