  Excellent hotel. So close to the beach and amazing value for money. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could do all our own cooking. Would stay here again next time. - Excellent location, very close to the promenade de anglais. Very close to supermarkets also which made eating in and travelling on a budget an easy matter esp with kids.

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day.   Hostess was extremely helpful and very kind. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... Safe as well, but I wouldn't hang around outside at night. The place would have been hard to find, but I - The host is very nice during our stay, the location is quite convenient, the facility is quite good as well, a nice place to go in the future.

  I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to... vad folk säger » the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their information, advice, - A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town. The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus. If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

  The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only ... vad folk säger » available every other day, but didn't find that a nuisance. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there. - We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy.

  Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher. Around and about: convenient for Casino Supermarket for grocery sho... vad folk säger » pping, great to get around Nice on the Tram and to the beach, albeit a pebbled one, fabulous shopping centres, market and restaurants nearby and just - We had a lovely stay there. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10- minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of Villefranche.

  Great view and away from the busy road. Next to a lovely park and easy access to trains to Nice, Cannes etc. Good kitchen with free use of fridge and microwave. - The room was pretty large for the european hotel. There was free parking place on the underground parking.
