  Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very professionally run hotel. One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.   As this trip included both business and leisure considerations, the hotel was ideal for business access & commuting by train into Cannes, as well as for relaxation by the beach, excellent shopping & good restaurants in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects.   Friendly welcome and Reception, manager and staff went out of their way to accommodate and please. Very appealing and intimate hotel in excellent beachfront location, on main road, but efficient double- glazing kept out the road noise. Interesting Reception area with Egyptian artefacts. Lovely room with sea view, palm trees and sunrise, and cute little garden area at fr - Perfect location, clean rooms with magnificent views. We went to Nice to watch the Tour de France and the hotel owners were more than happy to let us build our store our bikes in the hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though. We will stay here again next year.
