  Friendly welcome and Reception, manager and staff went out of their way to accommodate and please. Very appealing and intimate hotel in excellent beachfront location, on main road, but efficient double- glazing kept out the road noise. Interesting Reception area with Egyptian artefacts. We went to Nice to watch the Tour de France and the hotel owners were more than happy to let us build our store our bikes in the hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though. We will stay here again next year.

  Easy access from train station although it is some distance the bus is direct and stops right outside. Close proximity to the promenade.   The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses.
