After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to "come home" to... the receptionist was friendly and efficient with the check in process and it was of course fantastic that she could speak to us in both English and German. I don't rememmber her name, but she was extremely helpful when we needed to order fast food dinner after midnigh

Ett lugnt och fint hotell. - Everything was superb, the room, the breakfast, the dinner, the wine, the price, the pool, the sauna, the towns of Mosheim, Rosheim, Obernai all within 10 minutes....And not a child in sight at the hotel. This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. I will say that it is hard to get to (especially this time of year when many of the streets are closed due to markets) but my husband hopped out and walked up the block to the hotel and they came a

This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.
