Everything - it was a dream to stay with you. Your staff was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast, just right! Possibly an espresso machine would have added to this. - Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, convenient to autoroutes

Great place to relax and chill out, probably, best hotel in aix les bains. i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.

The personnel were friendly. - We booked the hotel for 2 nights, but could stand it only for one (extremely noisy location, no condition, bad chemical smell). The personnel was nice and understanding and refunded us the second nice (and paid some compensation!). So we moved to Villa Marlioz 5 min away,which is lovely!

A real 'French' hotel that felt like a family concern. Very comfortable rooms well presented. Excellent restaurant and menue (good food). Super swimming pool. We were made very welcome.

Just stayed one night here, as a stopover on the way to Italy, and glad we chose here, instead of a motorway hotel. See comments above. - Excellent hotel, this was one of 8 hotels we used on our recent holidayaround France, and it was the best of them. Great dining, good rooms,nice breakfast. Staff fine, I would recommend, and stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did. Stayed for four nights to watch two stages of the Tour de France. Will use it as a base to the French Alps again next year. - Everything looks new and is very well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful.
