  The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Mohamed the driver exhibited the wonderful kindness only expected from Lux... vad folk säger » orians! There was nothing to complain about with Mr. Mohamed Saied touring the hotel day and night to ensure all customers are happy. Basically we wer - Staff were exellent and very kind and polite. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk. They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality. Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

  First of all i would like to thank Mr M ina at the reservation for being highly proffesional and flexible. in fact we were offered a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel this was really very nice and comfortable.also the kind welcoming Mr Karim at the reception.and a very big appreciation to the fantastic chefs crew the food was really amazing a... vad folk säger » nd very delecious.very clean and nice comfortable large new and modern style room.nice lagoon and pools.very nice kids club with lovely and funny kids - The hotel was great however it is difficult to judge because it has been open only for one month. It was a great place to relax and enjoy good weather, nice beach ( snorkling is a must). The service was ver good and polite. We really liked the oriental restaurant Al Jeezera. The food was just amazing. Easy access to good snorkling ( directly from the beach) Nice spa facilities All in all very nice place to relax!

  1. A big thanks to the staff for friendliness and fair advices and directions. In a city like Hurgada it is easy for newcomer to be lost or to get ripped off your money by local stuff-sellers. 2. Great dinners for this price! The beach is 5 min walking and very nice and clean, we always found free sunbeds or chairs. The hotel is suitable for those travelers who do not demand luxury and extra options.

  The flat we stayed in was very comfortable, home comforts with sunshine. The pool and surrounding area was spotless and the staff helpful and polite but unobtrusive. - Apartement was ok, spacious and clean. Quiet spot. The pool. Cleanliness. Helpful staff.
