  I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is the best one for the Pyramids as it is only a 5 - 10 min walk and you can see them from the hotel grounds - This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.

  It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I would stay there - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

  The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $. It was an excellent experience and I got rewarded from my wife for t - I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

  The facilities are amazing - great indoor/outdoor pool and spa. Also a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located between the airport and the city so you need transport.   Everything was excellent during our stay, but that maybe because the hotel had just been open for 1 month. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and polite.   Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... vad folk säger » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
