  The owners and staff are absolutely amazing. For example, I arrived by train. It was running late. I sent a message, guesstimating I might be up to an hour late. Actually, I arrived over two hours late. Despite the delay, I was picked up, for free, at the station, where the owner was waiting for me when the train arrived.   Very friendly, helpful and honest staff. Terrace view restaurant with wonderful view of the Luxor temple and Valley of Kings. Tours organized by the hotel, with a well read Egyptologist (Mr. Hassan) and safe, professional chauffeur ( Mr. Ramadan).
