  The owner went out of his way to make me feel at home. His friendliness and helpfulness made my stay in the island to unforgettable. - The location was good, just a few blocks from city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and so it the hotel.

  The hotel was lovely and the staff excellent. Yes, the bathrooms are not perfect but one can overlook that just being in the Galapagos. Hotel was spotless and all staff super friendly. The restaurant was nice overlooking the bay. We were treated to all sorts of wildlife putting on a show from sea lions, turtles and manta rays whilst eating breakfast and dinner. Best place we've stayed.

  We liked everything about this hotel - it was by far the best we stayed in while in Ecuador. The hotel was extremely clean, the wi-fi worked great in our rooms, the shower always had hot water (sometimes a problem in other places in Ecuador). The hotel staff were very friendly, they spoke English and were extremely accommodating (E.G., they let us... vad folk säger » check into our room at 9am even though officially check-in is not until 2pm). The hotel also has a great pool (and they provide pool towels!). It is - The front desk staff were amazing, as was the breakfast. Got a great deal on bookings.com Now, this is not a luxury hotel and no where in Puerto Aroya will you get the value for your dollar that you got on the mainland, but this was perfect for us and I would go back in a minute. The staff had great suggestions for dinners out, short hikes to sights nearby, and arranged laundry for us after our Macchupicchu trek.   The people were great. My room was enormous and had a hammock and balcony. It was very well kept. I loved my stay and will go back soon. This place is for the solo adventurer.   My husband and I stayed at Semilla Verde Lodge for a week. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! We definitely recommend it to other travelers! We were picked up at the airport, their driver Hugo was extremely helpful and kind, super good manner! During our stay, Robert, Daisy and the staff are very helpful and also extremely kind. Sometimes when you travel, these little small details d - The owner is very knowledgable and also his staffs were very friendly and helpful. We were family with a baby of 1 year and a half but there was no inconvenience and all of them helped us a lot. Even we could use their kitchen. There were two tortoises in the Lodge's garden and it was fun just to take a walk there.

  The family that ran the hotel was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The only drawback was I only speak a little spanish so it was hard to communicate at times. But they tried their best and everything worked out great. The hotel is located a short walk to the main pier and to everything else.
