  The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms vary in size, but mine was quite spacious, even by American standards. The hotel has character. You could open the windows fully - what a relief, compared to most other business hotels. Included breakfast was nice and coffee was good. Convenient location for walking into all parts of town, w/out having to be in the thick of downtown.
