Staff are fantastic, facilities are great with bar, disco (concealed dance area most evenings), large chilling out area and evening entertainment!   Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience... vad folk säger » was amazing - Excellent location.   Perfect location! Close to Kobenhavn Centraal, Tivoli, Hard Rock Cafe, City Hall, & the beginning of the famous "Stroget" pedestrian street with all the shopping anyone could ask for... Complimentary Carlsberg beer included with the free minibar - outstanding!!! - We got a Deluxe room in the fifth floor with a view over the roofs and directly to the clock of the Town Hall - spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. Well, it was a bit more expensive than the standard double rooms, but it was absolutely worth it. The hotel is just a block away from Strøget and a short walk to the railwaystation - great location. The restaurant downstairs by the lobby "The Italian" offers really tasty food.
