We have stayed in Trutnov several times before but not in Nelly Kellys - my wife and I were very impressed, it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent and spoke english. The food was great; we ate in the bar both nights, anyone going there should try the steaks, they are superb!. Our room was well equipped, recently refurbished to a high standard so easily the best we have stayed in around Trutnov before - comfy beds and an in room safe also (which we found a lot of other places we staye.
