  It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging.   Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste, it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and pillows... vad folk säger » , very nice design bathrooms, perfect B&O displays plus very good breakfasts! - Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. My only problem is that I didn't hav - The Kings Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel in the centre of Prague. It was impeccably clean and the staff are committed to their guests from Reception to the Catering staff. Rooms are comforable and the Buffet Breakfast was excellent. The Fresh Honey Comb each morning was an novel treat. The hotel is accessable from the airport on the 119 bus to Dejvice , the tube to Mustek , an easy change for Namiska Republiky and emerge from the escalator at the door of the Hotel, for 1 euro 20 c, or 3

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath.   This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.
