  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging.   Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste, it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and pillows... vad folk säger » , very nice design bathrooms, perfect B&O displays plus very good breakfasts! - Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family. The bartender and bar staff went above and beyond.   We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. My only problem is that I didn't hav - The Kings Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel in the centre of Prague. It was impeccably clean and the staff are committed to their guests from Reception to the Catering staff. Rooms are comforable and the Buffet Breakfast was excellent. The Fresh Honey Comb each morning was an novel treat. The hotel is accessable from the airport on the 119 bus to Dejvice , the tube to Mustek , an easy change for Namiska Republiky and emerge from the escalator at the door of the Hotel, for 1 euro 20 c, or 3

  Extremely kind staff. Durring my stay my baby got sick suddenly, tehn the staff helpe us very much to call ambulance and so on. And a young person (a driver of hotel taxi) could help us in the hospital as well. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. Myself and my partner had 2 main courses, 6 drinks, 1 desert and it only amounted to €50 when we converted the currency.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio... vad folk säger » n. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
