  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus. The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. - Excellent pool, kids loved to swim and I could do laps.   Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  Apartment was excellent. We had a two bedroom and two bathrooms which suited our requirements. From the moment I booked I was contacted by the apartments welcoming me asking if I required any further information. Each time I emailed requiring advice it was replied. The management and staff were excellent and very friendly.   It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend.   I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) - Exellent city view from the balkony (Executive floor).
