  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus.   Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced.   I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) - Exellent city view from the balkony (Executive floor).
