  The location was great to get to all the sites. We did the free castle and free city tour which was only 5 minutes away from our hotel. The photos were very true to the apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom and had lots of room to move around. There was a closet in the living room for our coats and other things. We were only there for two days, so... vad folk säger » the dresser and closet was plenty of room for the five of us. We parked our car in the courtyard and it was convient. The kitchen was enough to make - This place is just lovely - the most perfect location, and a really beautiful apartment that's fantastic value for money. You're only a few moments from the old town square, the Charles Bridge, and a host of shops and pubs, yet it's very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are fabulous - our apartment had an amazing painted ceiling, spiral staircase up to a beamed attic bedroom, and amazing views but also all the mod cons and a very useful kitchen.   The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. Centre is walking distance. Although the street is noisy, you hear nothing inside. The bedroom is at the backside, where you can open the window (without streetnoise). I can recommend it for sure.

Underbar och riklig frukost på restaurant 100 m därifrån. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och ett mysigt spa i källaren. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. We have never ever experienced service like this after having traveled across lots of destinations worldwide. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  Rooms were absolutely spotless, perfect size of room with everything needed for a weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Metro a 5 minute walk and tram stop approximately the same. Could not speak highly enough of the apartments, all for great value as well.   The service was very good: Denis and Tatyana were wonderful hosts, attentive and responsive to requests. The view from the room was very nice, and the wifi worked well. It is quiet and clean. In a sense, I liked the location, because for most people it was a short walk to the metro (C line).   The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way.   The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   Clean rooms, friendly staff, and economical. There was one person who made our stay especially nice. Her name was Klara. She was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Klara spoke English very well and provided answers and directions to all our questions about Prague, transportation, and currency. She even offered to make us something to eat when... vad folk säger » we arrived late. To enter Pension Kern, you have to ring the doorbell and the receptionist comes to the door and lets you in. There is limited gated - Excellent staff, excellent place and excellant accomodation. Reception is very friendly, she lent me several local currency when I arrived at the hotel. The place is quite easy to access public traffic towards city centre. Nearby there are several countries' embassador's residence. The facilities in the room is very comfortable. Nice breakfast.

  Wow! I had a difficult time deciding on a hotel. I am guessing there are 3 types of hotels in Prague: Hostel, Pension, and regular hotels. CubeNeumann was a Pension hotel. There is no permanent front desk staff there. They are there during the day, then lock up at night. You have a key to enter the hotel and also your room. If you have no independ... vad folk säger » ence, then consider this. Now for the staff. It is family owned. They are the most wonderful people I have ever met traveling. They do everything to m - Excellent service by the owners. Friendly, polite and helpful. When you arrive they provide you with all the information that you need. The room is like a big studio flat with an open plan brand new good quality kitchen and a big table. To get to the city center you can take the metro (15 mins walking+ 15 mins on the train) or walk 3 mins and take the trams number 3 combined with tram 17 and be in town in 25 minutes for 24 czech korone (=1 Euro or £0.85).
