  Rooms were absolutely spotless, perfect size of room with everything needed for a weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Metro a 5 minute walk and tram stop approximately the same. Could not speak highly enough of the apartments, all for great value as well.   My friends recommended as they stay there regularly, the hotel has been recently reconstructed and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. - superb location; clean, modern room, nice staff

  The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city centre. Our room was spacious, furnished with period furniture, beautifully decorated and very quiet at night.   The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way.   The Botel is on a big boat, quite cool with nice view of the river. The staff at the reception are quite helpful. The location is fine, just 5 minutes walk from the tram station although we had walked quite far after being misled by the Information staff at the main train station for the first time. Breakfast wasn't extensive but couldn't complain (bread, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals, cold meats, spreads and drinks). Tram line just 2 minutes away and covers most of the city.   The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice.   We had very spacious apartment - 2bedrooms+kitchen, very confortable beds. Rooms were single furnished but practical. We visited Prague with two children and we would prefered two singe beds instead of one double bed for them. But for 3 days they can live with that. Rooms were big and kitchen was good equiped - no toaster. It was close to centre,... vad folk säger » which was perfect. Surrounding (park) was also very nice. Grocery just across the street. We recommend this apt. - The apartments are small and cute, you can cook your own meals, the Internet was good, the room was warm even though it was -12 outside. Nice location, close to metro and supermarket. The neighbourhood seems very safe. Helpful staff, it was also nice to get hot coffee and some bread and sweet stuff in the morning sent to your room. All in all a nice stay.

The owner was very kind and helpful, she gave us maps and useful tips. Breakfast is between 8 and 10 in the morning.   The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful.   The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   Clean rooms, friendly staff, and economical. There was one person who made our stay especially nice. Her name was Klara. She was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Klara spoke English very well and provided answers and directions to all our questions about Prague, transportation, and currency. She even offered to make us something to eat when... vad folk säger » we arrived late. To enter Pension Kern, you have to ring the doorbell and the receptionist comes to the door and lets you in. There is limited gated - Excellent staff, excellent place and excellant accomodation. Reception is very friendly, she lent me several local currency when I arrived at the hotel. The place is quite easy to access public traffic towards city centre. Nearby there are several countries' embassador's residence. The facilities in the room is very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
