  Kresimir sent us email before out arrival to arrange transportation and meeting time. Once we arrived and meet at the apartment, he showed us what's in the apartment, then gave us a few minutes to rest, then took us for a walk around the area.   Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. He refused to add his time/ ef - We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G. The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He showed us around the area. It has many doors to reach the room. If I go to Praha someday one more time, I would love to stay there again.

We don't like to stay in the hotels because we like more privacy. This place was recommended to us by our friends. And we are so happy we listen to them.   It was such a great experience to stay in Loreta Hotel. The hotel was actually connected with the Loreta Church and it is 5 mins walk to the Prague Castle. The traffic is also very convenient.
