  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  This is a newly opened hotel, fully renovated from a previous hotel chain. It has whole new concept incorporating reception and a trendy bar areas. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. The rooms are very clean and also with trendy design; again... vad folk säger » , the semi-open bathroom design may not be for everyone. The location is at the downtown's fringe, but within short walking distance to the tram stops - Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel).   Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

  Ett mycket fint hotel med utmärkt frukost och med mycket fin restaurang. Personalen var proffsig, vänlig och kunnig. Internet på rummet. Läget var mycket bra med ett köpcentrum med många restauranger och butiker runt hörnet och med T-bana o bussar i anslutning till det. Fyra stationer och man var på Vaclavplatsen mitt i Prag centrum. - Allt var bra... vad folk säger » . Man kände sig mycket väl omhändertagen av en mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal samt att dom behärskade det engelska språket mycket bra. Hotelet är beläget är peferkt med tanke på tunnelbana och snabb kommunikation med centrum i Praha. Vi kan väl rekommendera detta hotel.

  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.
