  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Mary's Travel was thoroughly professional. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Despite the busy location on Karlovy, it was quiet because it faces the back. We used their transfer service. Driver was punctual and courteous. A great experience! - Loved everything about this apartment!
